Students match up an alphabet letter to a picture that begins with the letter SOUND. This is a great introduction to phonics. Cute graphics! Makes 26 dominoes.

Instructions for play:

• Share dominoes between players.
• Players take turns to match an alphabet letter with a picture beginning with the same letter sound or vice versa.
• The first player to put down all their dominoes down or who has the least number left, is the winner.

Letters/pictures used:

apple, bed, cat, dog, elephant, fish, gate, hat, ice-cream, jam, kite, leaf, man, needle, orange, pig, quilt, rabbit, sun, toe, umbrella, violin, window, xylophone, yellow (crayon), zebra.

For best results print on tagboard and laminate for durability.
