What version of Adobe Reader are you running?
Most errors and problems related to viewing and printing are due to
using an outdated version of Adobe Reader.

Here's how to update:

Go to the Help menu in Adobe Reader and choose "Check for updates..."

If you do not have that option, you can get a new version at http://get.adobe.com/reader. After installing the new version, you will need to restart your computer to activate it.
Problems Downloading, Viewing, or Printing
Error: File is damaged and cannot be repaired
Error: file asks for a password before it will open
PRINTING PROBLEMS: Images don't print, Pages print all black, or Symbols print instead of text
Error: There was an error opening this document. The file does not exist.
Symbols and gibberish are displayed when the file is opened
Error: File cannot be written to cache
